What is being bought

Published requirement description

Belfast City Council requires an organisation, or collective of organisations, or individuals to work with the Council to promote and operate the visitor centre at the City Cemetery. This includes operation of walking tours, provision of specialist adult workshops, and provision of educational and youth tours.

  • No preliminary market engagement: PME was carried out under the previous tender T2540 in 2024/25 (Notice: 2024/S 000-029268) It was decided that another round of PME was not required for the re-tender as the market has not changed and there hasn’t been a significant amount of time since the previous tender was published (Feb/March 2025).

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 35 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3.5 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
