The competitive tendering procedure was unsuccessful at conditions of participation round when it became clear that this type of machinery was not readily available in the market. One supplier provided sufficient evidence that they can technically provide the specification we require at the conditions of participation for us to proceed. We will be working with the direct manufacturer.
