Violence against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Services

The Violence against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (Wales) Act 2015:

To improve the arrangements for protection, prevention and support of individuals and families experiencing any form of violence against women or gender-based violence

Improve the responses of public bodies to all forms of violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence

The Aim of the Statutory Guidance for the Commissioning of VAWDASV Services in Wales is:

“…to promote high quality collaborative commissioning that delivers more consistent and effective services to prevent VAWDASV and protect and support victims of VAWDASV across Wales. “

Gwella'r trefniadau ar gyfer diogelu, atal a chefnogi unigolion a theuluoedd sy'n dioddef unrhyw fath o drais yn erbyn menywod neu drais ar sail rhywedd

Gwella ymatebion cyrff cyhoeddus i bob math o drais yn erbyn menywod, cam-drin domestig a thrais rhywiol

Nod y Canllawiau Statudol ar gyfer Comisiynu Gwasanaethau VAWDASV yng Nghymru yw:

"...hybu comisiynu cydweithredol safonol sy’n cynnig gwasanaethau sy’n fwy cyson ac effeithiol er mwyn atal trais yn erbyn menywod, cam-drin domestig a thrais rhywiol a diogelu a chefnogi dioddefwyr VAWDASV ar draws Cymru. " “
