This notice relates to a modification of an existing healthcare services contract awarded to The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust on 17/10/2022.

Therefore the cumulative change would equate to £624,644 (1.25%) of the original contract value There is no change to the length of the contract, the services to be delivered via the modification are to be delivered within the original contract term., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: This modification is required to implement the national supervised toothbrushing programme for 3-5-year-olds in early years settings, funded through the Family Hubs and Start for Life programme. The availability of this funding and the requirement to deliver the programme were not foreseen at the time of the original contract award. The modification does not render the contract materially different in character and remains within the scope of the original service specification.
