Publisher note: The Council requires a single platform that supports shared processes with one data model across its Finance functions. Accordingly, the Council has a requirement for a service provider who is able to deliver all of its services, via ERP and EPM including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, Risk and Reporting. The Council has conducted pre-market engagement and has concluded that competition is absent for technical reasons on the basis that Oracle is the only service provider who is able to provide the requisite services via a single platform.
