Lot distribution rule: Tenderers are to note this requirement has been split into two geographical lots and the intention is to award one contract per lot. Tenderers should only bid for one lot, it is Broadland’s intention to have a supplier for each lot, should a supplier not be performing or not have the capacity to complete the works then Broadland will call upon the winning supplier of the other lot to fulfil the requirements to ensure continuity of service. Lot 1 = Norwich North and West Lot 2 = Norwich South and East
