Repairs works may be required to currently occupied properties and sheltered accommodation blocks. This work may involve jobs such as replacing/relaying paving, clearing and levelling the ground including any retaining walls as necessary, block paving or concrete paths, trenching to expose and repair or alter drainage or services, foundations and bases to small structures and the provision of access ramps.
Additionally, as properties become empty, the council will carry out any works required to return them to a lettable standard. This work will be carried out in the minimum practicable time and may involve reinstatement of gardens to remove existing structures (such as excess paving, sheds, dividing fences and walls), altering levels and replacement of paving.
The works required in each property or project location will be defined as a list of the NHF schedule of rates
Lot #2Demolition and Site Clearance UK
Works may include the demolition of ad-hoc residential properties, sports field pavilions, garage blocks and other small similar sized small structures. This lot will also include the levelling and grading of sites which may be required following any clearance, and may involve earthworks, reduction of levels, grading, and bulk removal of spoil, filling and top soiling to leave a clean site.
Lot #3Projects UK

Published award criteria (2)
- Quality: 45
- Price: 55
- Price carries 55 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 5.5 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
- “AT1117 - Groundworks Framework” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 12 suppliers, not a single contract.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
