- Develop potential options through Desk top study and site visits
- Model proposed options to evidence and quantify change in downstream flood risk.
- Share Options with the landowners, Devon County Council, and Environment Agency. Undertake workshop to gain input from the stakeholders.
- Develop an outline design for the preferred option including a high-level indicative programme, consenting route and cost estimates (indicative).
