Published requirement descriptionBrighton and Hove City Council are seeking to consult on a potential contract to deliver property management services to it's portfolio of Block booked Temporary and Emergency accommodation. We currently envisage placing a contract wherein the service provider carries out placement support, access management, regular welfare checks and void property turnaround.
