Confirmed reason for move:
Notice of cessation of software provision and all managed services from exiting supplier (Strictly Education) as of 1st April 2025 (notice received 9th December 2024).MHR have confirmed that they can implement the system for Go Live on 1st April 2025 as the base system for EduPeople is Itrent. Using Regulation 32 (2) (c) of the PCR2015
- Review procedure
If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months).
