What is being bought

Published requirement description

The works comprise the annual maintenance of gas heating systems and shall include everything necessary for this check, including all labour, parts etc., of all gas installations and includes gas supply piping from the gas meter to all appliances, gas fires, gas appliances, combination boilers, condensing boilers and full or partial central heating systems, together with all electrical work associated with these installations up to and including any flexible electrical cord to pumps, boilers etc.

Recurrence: The Contract will be awarded for a period of three years with the option to extend thereafter on a yearly basis up to a maximum of two additional years. The earliest potential timescale for publication of a new notice is therefore 2026.
