Published award criteria (2)
- Total Price: The Authority will give the lowest price submission 30% of the marks and will use the following methodology to evaluate the remaining offers: Lowest total contract Price x Maximum price score 30% Quotations total contract price
- Quality: Suppliers responses to 3 questions will be evaluated by the authority evaluation panel and a score given for each. The score will be divided by the total score available (5). The total sum in each section will then be multiplied by the weighted criteria to create a total score. The 70% includes social value at 5%
- Price carries 30 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
