Published requirement descriptionThe Contracting Authority, Interconnector Services Limited, is tendering for a Control and Instrumentation Panel Service Provider (CIPSP). These services provide Inspection, Maintenance, Response and Management Services associated with maintaining the Instrumentation and Control Panels. The CIPSP is also required to design and implement new parts of the CIP in accordance with the ISL change control process and in association with the Maintenance and Emergency Response Contractor (MERC). The contract will consist of the provision of a standard set of services, with the possibility of additional ad-hoc project work.
- How the procedure runs: Initial conditions of participation stage requiring submission of a completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) from interested and qualified parties. Qualifying providers will then be invited to submit more detailed proposals as part of an ITT stage.
