Corporate Cleaning Services and Security Services

The Soft FM Services will be split into two separate contracts that will provide planned and reactive services;Contract 1 – will provide Cleaning servicesThe appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of planned and reactive cleaning services, including window cleaning, confidential waste, hygiene and janitor services.Contract 2 – will provide Security services.The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of planned and reactive security services, including static guarding, key holding and adhoc services. A presentation pack will be issued to all companies that register and request a pack, and members of the Council’s Facilities Management service and Procurement teams will be in attendance to discuss the details of the opportunity, services required and the procurement process. The Council would like to extend this invitation to companies and organisations of all sizes including local SME’s.
