This is a permitted modification under PSR Reg 13 (1) (a) as provision was made in the original tender documents to add additional funding to increase funding where it determines (in its absolute discretion) that uplifts may be required in relation to the Agenda for Change national pay rates for NHS employees affected by the NHS pay scheme or where similar labour market rate uplifts may be required within the treatment and recovery system, and to increase funding to provide additional resources and capacity to support the treatment and recovery system and improve outcomes. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the current contract
