Published description of the framework
Allocation of work
The allocation of work will be based on the most advantageous (top-ranked) provider being provided with work first, based on the overall scores achieved in the evaluation process. The allocation of work will be based on the capacity of each educational psychologist and therein once the top scoring has reached capacity to fulfil requirements (or in the University's judgement service standards would suffer from further allocation at that moment in time) delivery and allocation of work will then be passed to the second highest scoring provider, this process will continue to the third and fourth as required. If at any stage an educational psychologist fails to accept work, then the work will be offered to the next highest scoring provider until the work is accepted.

Published award criteria (2)
- Price
- Quality
- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
- “Educational Psychological Assessments” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 4 suppliers, not a single contract: call-offs may be direct or by further competition.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
