This Expression of Interest (EOI) is issued by Northern Gas Networks (NGN) and looks forward to receiving responses of interest no later than the closing date of the 28th March 2022, 2pm
The aim of this EOI is to:
- Ensure we provide bidders with adequate information to submit a response to this EOI
- Provide NGN with a more detailed understanding of the interest within the market
The EOI process is the first stage of multistage procurement process and only suppliers who express an interest will be invited to the PQQ stage to be assessed against a selection criterion of pass and fail questions which will assess the capability and capacity of potential suppliers. Successful bidders at PQQ stage then be invited to the RFP stage where NGN will assess against award criteria.

Essential Requirements: • Supplier to provide independent pricing information, in-depth analysis and spot gas prices for the British and entire European market • A comprehensive daily report to be provided with day ahead and future gas prices along with economical supporting information • Overview of across the market, with month ahead price assessment snapshot, price assessment, and continental price assessments, Zeebrugge, TTF and NBP. • UK supply and demand data • News and weekly outlook and review • Secondary data, ICE UK Natural Gas Futures • Trade information, European OTC trades Volume and ranges. • 5-day weather outlook across Europe. • Reports to be provided daily
