- Change The extension is to allow Lot 3 to be extended by a maximum of 12 months to allow continuity of services. The scope of the Contract remains as awarded and will include compliance with, and delivery of, all management responsibilities, service and works activities in the service areas described in the pre-qualification prospectus., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The extension is to allow Lot 3 to be extended by a maximum of 12 months (until 31 May 2022) to ensure continuity during and after the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and to allow for the completion of re-procurement of the requirements in accordance with The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
