The Services comprise the highly specialist transportation and storage of the setworks and equipment for the whole exhibition, based on the indicative schedule of international venues and timings. However, please note that as there is a natural break in the tour to allow for exhibition maintenance, the requirement is divided into two parts. The Museum intends to contract for Part 1 in mid-2021, with an option, at its sole discretion, to contract for Part 2 in 2023 when Part 1 will be nearing completion. At that time, the Museum will elect either to award Part 2 or to re-tender the requirement.
