The University is currently going through a period of change with new senior management at the helm. A new strategic plan is currently being developed and our approach within Finance is evolving to align. We are also taking the opportunity to look at our teams across the sections within Finance to redesign and improve services we provide. This will be an ongoing process over the next few years as we adapt each of our sections to meet the needs of stakeholders.

The initial area for development is Management Accounts. The team currently provides professional financial management support service to the four faculties and professional services departments within the University. Services provided include preparing the financial forecasts, controlling the budget setting process, providing financial management information and assisting with preparation of business plans and economic appraisals. Additional information: This Call -off Contract was awarded as a Direct Award under CCS - Management Consultancy Framework (MCF3) RM6197 - Lot 4 Finance

Delivery: Northern Ireland
Extensions: Call off Contract - starts from 20 June 2022 for an initial period of 2 years to 19 June 2024. With option to extend out to end of framework agreement (23 August 2025)

Public Contract Regulations 2015 provide for agreed partied who have been harmed or at of risk from harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (NI).

Publisher note: RM6187 - Lot 4 Call off Commencement date 20 June 2022. The anticipated spend on this contract is approximately £173,400 over the contract period; however, the University cannot give any guarantee as to the future value or volume of business awarded through this contract.
