The framework agreement will also include the provision of telematics, tracking, racking, fuel management, livery, other modifications and all or any associated goods and services, either to vehicles procured through the fleet management service or elsewhere, to provide a comprehensive vehicle management solution predominantly for social housing providers. Customers of this framework agreement will typically (but not exclusively) procure fleets that range in size from 3 vehicles to 400 vehicles.

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
  • “Framework agreement for Fleet Management Services” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 5 suppliers, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
