The majority of the Works will be to social housing, but the Framework Agreement will also cover Works to schools and other associated council buildings. In addition to the Works,
H&N may choose to procure specialist treatment works for larger schemes (estimated values £40k and above or more than 2 properties on the same footprint or block) by seeking
competitive tenders/quotations/further competition for these works.
Whilst this Framework has been designed predominantly for Damp Works and Timber Infestation Treatment Works, successful Contractors will be expected to undertake the associated works within Homes & Neighbourhoods domestic housing properties. This will ensure that these Works do not have a detrimental effect on our tenants or on our KPIs for Void Properties.

Published award criteria (2)
- Quality: 60%
- Price: 40%
- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
- “Framework for the Provision of Specialist Works” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
