The system will be continuously improved as per customer requirements in an agile manner and integrates seamlessly with other systems. The system can be accessed via multiple platforms and from anywhere with an internet connection. The system interface is intuitive and provides a rich and ‘easy to use’ user experience. The system has appropriate security to safeguard personal data and the reputation of the organisation and is accessible during an organisation business continuity event.
