Greater reporting requirements into ELT, Board, ARC

Flood / Storm mapping for insurance purposes
Help creating strategies for evolving risks (EV's, solar panels) etc
Assistance with renewal alternatives if/where required
Support to the property team, with their strive to increase the level of detail they provide to insurers
