- Change Increase in contract value due to additional funding received to enhance delivery offer. Additional funding allocated during 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The Council has received enhanced, ring-fenced funding to enhance our local substance misuse support offer: the Supplemental Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery Grant (SSMTRG). This has to be utilised in order to increase treatment capacity and improve services.
