- Innovation: Proposals for innovative staff management/cleaning methods / equipment which improve efficiency and/or positively impact on the environment.
- Time and Attendance: Tenders must detail the proposed system for ensuring that staff are on site when they are required to be
- Mobilisation Plan: Ensure a smooth transition and guarantee the delivery of a quality service from contract commencement date
- Proposed Management Team and Supervision Structure: Detail how high standards will be met and maintained & how staff will be managed, particularly absence and vacancies.
- Performance Management: How the standard of services delivered will be monitored, managed, and reported
- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
