What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe NWUPC Ltd is seeking to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of the members of NWUPC, NEUPC, LUPC, SUPC and HEPCW for the provision of services for the recovery, refurbishment and repair of IT equipment to support the reuse and repurposing of equipment and component parts working towards or maintaining zero percent landfill. - Price carries 20 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 2 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
- “IT Equipment Reuse, Recycling and Disposal” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 3 suppliers, not a single contract.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
