Lot awarding rule: Proposals will be evaluated by a committee formed for that purpose. Their decision, which will be final, will be based on the following criteria: 1. The quality of the proposal 10% 2. The design of the track and features that are included 30% 3. The construction specification 20% 4. The track record in building similar pump tracks or cycle tracks or both 20% 5. Price 20% No reasons for the final decision will be given, but feedback will be provided if requested.
