What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionCPI are looking create a Framework Agreement for LEV & DSEAR Engineering Consultancy. CPI are looking to appoint a single contractor to this framework.
The Framework Agreement will cover three main areas: -
- LEV Design and Compliance Assessments
- DSEAR Consultancy
- Technical & Advisory Support
The Contractor who is appointed to the Framework must be able to cover the above elements and must be independent from any LEV manufacturers or installers.
The appointed Contractor will also need to work with other CPI contractors, who are responsible for supporting or carrying out works for CPI within the areas outlined later in this document.

Published description of the framework
CPI will establish a Single supplier framework agreement, against which we will reserve the right to direct award without further competition.
Pricing should be held throughout the duration of the framework. Should pricing not be held for the entirety of the framework duration.
