Market Engagement for The Design, Build and Operation of a Gigabit Spine for Hampshire and Surrey

Hampshire County Council, on behalf of the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership (EM3), is seeking feedback from interested parties on a future project to work in partnership with the EM3 LEP, via a Collaboration Agreement, to design, build, install, commercialise, operate and maintain a new fibre spine and active network stretching 94 kms from Basingstoke to Guildford, via Hook, Camberley, Aldershot, Farnborough and Farnham.

This market engagement exercise is to gain feedback from the market on some specific questions focused on the contractual form/structure of a proposed collaboration agreement and other key areas to inform our approach to the planned formal procurement process.
