New Contract: Competition Absent
TMA have provided this service since 2022 when they were sub-contracted via ESPO Consultancy Services Framework (Lot 1a). The contract had no further options to extend and Bristol City Counci wishes to directly award the contract to TMA who have the technical expertise required to continue supporting the scheme. They also maintain established working relationships with the two finance partners, and operate an audit-approved process for verifying claims. Bringing in a new supplier would cause such differences or incompatibilities that would cause significant disproportionate costs and technical difficulties in operation or maintenance.
