- Performance terms
Due to the bespoke nature of the Works the Authority anticipates that the Approved Provider will not want to sign up to the Authority’s standard terms and conditions and we ask therefore that the Approved Provider provide their own terms and conditions to be agreed with the Authority as part of the individual call off submission. Each project will be looked at on an individual basis and details will be found within the Call Off Instruction. Where other public sector bodies use the DPS, the decision on the most suitable form of standard contract rests solely with the Contracting Authority.
