National Framework Agreement for Provision of Track and Traceability Systems
Authority: Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (Central government)
What is being bought2 lots · detail below
Published requirement descriptionThe objective of this framework is to provide NHS Organisations with decontamination tracking and traceability management systems, along with consumables and support services. Suppliers can also supply all associated hardware and consumables, if required.
A decontamination tracking and traceability management system is used by hospitals during the decontamination, high-level disinfection, and sterilisation of instruments, endoscopes, and flexi scopes. The system supports the seamless decontamination, sterilisation, tracking, and tracing of all instruments, endoscopes, or devices through the decontamination facility and process, ensuring they are safely returned for use, and where required, may provide theatre management functionality to support instrument allocation, scheduling and device to patient associations.

Lots and requirements (2)Procurement structure
2 lots · all with a published value · same evaluation weights on every lotEvery one of these 2 lots carries the same published figure, £19,000,000: it is the framework's maximum for the whole notice, not each lot's own budget, and no share per lot is published. The cards below say ceiling above rather than repeat it.

- Price carries 10 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 1 point. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
- “National Framework Agreement for Provision of Track and Traceability…” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract: call-offs may be direct or by further competition.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
