Atamis is the Health Family single eCommercial system: the e-sourcing and contract-management portal used across the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England, integrated care boards, NHS trusts and arm’s-length bodies. It is built on Salesforce, which is why notices carry both the current atamis-1928.my.site.com address and the legacy health-family.force.com one, and why each buying organisation has its own portal login.
Registration on the NHS Health Family Atamis portal requires an active UK Companies House number or registered international identifier. Bids are submitted electronically via standardized NHS compliance questionnaires and financial envelopes.

About this data
- Source. Official UK public procurement notices (Find a Tender), reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0. New notices arrive through the day; the figures are rebuilt nightly.
- What counts as Atamis. A notice whose submission link points to this portal, including buyer-specific instances (58 addresses so far). Award notices rarely publish that link, so the awards side is undercounted. Notices from 5 Jan 2021 to 23 Oct 2026.
- Portal facts. Registration and login notes were checked on the live portal in September 2026. Portals change their sign-up steps; the notice’s own instructions take precedence.
- Independent. Portal and operator names belong to their owners and appear only to show where notices are published; Tenderline is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any portal.
- Every figure shows what it rests on. Not every notice publishes a bid count, a value or a delivery region, so each figure carries the number of records behind it, and one built on few records is marked as such.
