- KPI 1, The print Supplier will send the correct lettertext, letter, inserts, envelope, and all associated materials and digital comms which form part of the mail pack, in the correct format, to the correct Cohort specified by the Buyer.
- KPI 2, When required by the Buyer, the print Supplier will create a sample using the correct specification, which requires subsequent approval by the Buyer to validate the specifications have been met.
- KPI 3, The print Supplier will log all incidents and problems relating to Datafiles via a ServiceNow tickets within 2 working hours of the incident or problem being identified and provide updates on the path to ticket resolution every 2 working hours.
