The Common Services Agency (more commonly known as National Services Scotland)is seeking to put a Contract in place for the provision of Net Zero Route Maps across the following Lots:

Lot 1: NHS Highland, NHS Western Isles, NHS Orkney, NHS Grampian

Lot 2: NHS Borders, NHS Dumfries and Galloway, NHS Lanarkshire & NHS State Hospital

Lot 3: NHS Fife, NHS Forth Valley, NHS Lothian, NHS Golden Jubilee

The bringing of court proceedings against the Authority after the Contract Agreement has been entered into will not affect the

Contract Agreement unless grounds for the imposition of special penalties under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 can

be established. Otherwise the remedies that may be awarded by the courts where the Contract Agreement has been entered into are

limited to the award of damages.
