- Price
- Price carries 35 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3.5 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
- “NUN - Corporate Building Maintenance Framework” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract: each call-off is a further competition, so the pricing contest starts after appointment.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

| supplier not published | — | 10 Oct 2025 | CancelledThe Council’s Housing Property Services and Corporate Assets Teams have recently merged. This has enabled a review of contracts across both teams to take place and it has become apparent all of the requirements of the tender can be covered by existing contracts. Therefore the Corporate Building Maintenance Framework Agreement has been withdrawn , as stated in Document 1 “The Contacting Authority reserves the right to not award any lot or framework” agreement under this current procurement process” The Council apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your time completing the tender documents, The Council hope this does not dissuade you from applying for further Tenders as they arise. |
