Optima are currently providing complex service requirements and critically in relation to the inquiry. The service includes dedicated mental health support., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: A change of contractor could not be made during this period for technical reasons because the contractor has established a deep understanding and knowledge of the inquiry, and impacts on staff and postmasters. Changing provider would create disruption to the services and reduce the current level of support provided to employees and postmasters during the inquiry and on going support regarding remediation to postmasters.
