- Change This notice serves as notification that the Authority (NHS North Central London ICB) plans to trigger the optional five year extension as per the APMS contract terms. The contract commenced on 1 April 2020. The initial contract term is 5 years, with an option to extend for a maximum of five years, with an potential to extend for a further five years meaning that the maximum term would be until 2035., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The current contract is being performed at a satisfactory level. There will be no planned change to the current financial arrangements & the contract will continue to be funded at the current rate. The contract is on a GMS price, plus KPI achievement; risk premium and there will be no changes in the terms of the contract; any changes to values will be in line with GMS Global sum changes agreed nationally.
