NHS Provider Selection Regime Direct Award B. Elysium are a major regional provider of MH and acute PICU and specialist HDU beds, CIOS system do not currently have any of these beds and there are no plans for these in the foreseeable future. No plans to develop additional capacity in county so Elysium are used as one of a number of this type of provision. This is an activity based contract.
