Bidders may submit a bid for more than one lot. Awards shall be made to the highest scoring bidder for each lot. A maximum of one contract will be awarded to a bidder. A second contract may be awarded to a bidder where no further bidders remain for a lot.
- Price carries 5 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 0.5 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
