Published description of the framework
Once the Framework Agreement has been set up, MSV Housing intends to award a contract to the supplier whose bid for a place on this Lot of the Framework scored the highest following the evaluation of bids.
(Note that this represents MSV Housing's current intention with respect to the award of the MSV Housing Contract. As an alternative, MSV Housing reserves the right to hold a mini competition amongst the framework suppliers appointed to this framework to determine who to award the contract to, if it considers it appropriate to do so.)

- Price carries 50 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 5 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
- “Pest Control Services 2026” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 5 suppliers, not a single contract: call-offs may be direct or by further competition.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
