- Additional Repeat Extension Partial Replacement
- Published justification
A direct award is proposed in accordance with Paragraph 7, Schedule 5, which permits the extension or partial replacement of existing services by the current supplier where a change of supplier would result in incompatible services and create disproportionate technical or operational difficulties.
The direct award is justified by the consultants' specialist knowledge, skills, and detailed understanding of the service, together with the need to maintain continuity of support for ongoing business objectives. This arrangement will ensure the continued delivery of critical operational and statutory functions while addressing specialist resource gaps and minimising the risk of service disruption.
