What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionWork in partnership with members of Choice’s Treasury team to successfully complete a financial drawdown by June 2021. This work will entail, but is not limited to:
- Review title deeds and development files for each housing scheme;
- Set out issues arising as a result of the review along with potential solutions;
- Implement solutions as agreed with the Client;
- Acquire Property Certificates;
- Instruct Title Indemnity Insurers, as and when required, with prior agreement from the Client;
- Instruct a qualified 3rd party to carry out mapping exercises, as and when required, with prior agreement from the Client;
- Reconstitute title deeds, if necessary;
- Create a Certificate of Title in line with the funders requirements;
- Complete the process of charging the asset to the identified funder;
