Contract for the provision of support and accommodation to an individual with complex needs stemming from mental health and neurodiverse diagnoses, any delay of award would pose a risk to patient safety. It is necessary that the individual is the sole occupant of the accommodation, and is provided with a dedicated support team, because their conditions mean it is inappropriate for them to be in shared accommodation. For the safety of the individual, and those around them, it is necessary that they are supported in the ratio of four to one, by support staff who have received training in the support of individuals with severe and complex obsessive compulsive disorder, and autistic spectrum disorder.

This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
