This is a call off contract for hip, knee, foot and ankle surgery. <br/><br/>This notice is confirmation of an award having been made due to an urgent circumstance.<br/><br/>The lifetime value of the contract is anticipated to be £16,500.00<br/><br/>The contract shall commence on 1 April 2025 until 30 April 2025 with the option to extend for 2 x 1 month.

Publisher note: This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.'<br/><br/>The contract was awarded under an urgent circumstance due unknown budget information for the new financial year making it not possible to run a procurement process. The contract will be awarded for a short period to ensure waiting times are not impacted by the delays, to allow time for budgets to be finalised and a subsequent competitive process to be undertaken.<br/><br/>The contract has been restricted to a maximum of 3 months only.<br/><br/>The decision makers was the Service Group Director.<br/><br/>There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest.
