Review and risk notes

Review procedure: Any review proceedings should be promptly brought to the attention of the Chief-Executive Officer of East of England Ambulance Services, Ambulance Headquarters, Whiting Way, Melbourn, SG8 6NA and will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Provider Selection Regime. Any review proceedings must be brought within the timescales specified by the applicable law. The Trust will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the date information on the award of the contract is communicated to bidders.

Publisher note: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on 5 December 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to tenders@eastamb.nhs.uk The deadline for written representations is 5 December 2025 at midnight. The award decision-makers for this contract are the Board of Directors, East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
