The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) are looking to appoint suppliers to be able to undertake ad-hoc consumer research relating to product safety. This is likely to involve online surveys and focus groups. It is envisaged the framework would be for four years.
The aim is to enable consumer insight and evidence to feed into emerging consumer issues, relevant to OPSS, in a timely and responsive manner. It is therefore proposed to tender for up to 3 economic operators to participate in a framework to provide ad-hoc market research on a call-off basis.
The framework will provide OPSS the flexibility to conduct ad-hoc consumer research in response to emerging events and policies. It will also enable the quick, easy and cost-effective generation of insight and early learning to inform policy and communications.
