The Contract scope includes but is not limited to:
- Small, medium and large varied moves
- Crate hire and additional packing materials/services.
- Planned or unplanned (reactive) moves including out-of-hour services.
- Emergency callouts.
- Project Management.
- Dismantling and reassembly of equipment and /or furniture.
- Disposal of confidential waste.
- Environmental and or specialist disposal/recycling of surplus. furniture and equipment.
- Temporary Storage.
- Off-site managed secure storage.
- IT competence - basic disconnection.
The initial Contract term is for 24 months with the option to extend this twice up to a maximum term of 48 months.
