Publisher note: The Council received one bid from EDF Energy Customers Ltd. We were unable to award the procurement as we were unable to meet the obligation under Regulation 67 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 that the award is to be based on the most economically advantageous tender. This was due to the procurement including an e-auction for the price element.
